About the Position: Our client is looking for a mid–senior Property Lawyer (5 PAE) who wants more than “just another role”. This position is structured with a clear progression plan and direct support from senior leadership—ideal for a lawyer aiming to step into senior responsibility, team leadership and, over time, a pathway to leading the property function. You will run your own matters and be actively developed across: Developer acquisitions and disposals (including due diligence and strategy) Structuring support and transaction documentation (contracts and special conditions) Commercial/retail/industrial leasing (drafting, negotiation and portfolio work) Residential and commercial conveyancing (including off-the-plan as required) Client relationship management and referral partner engagement Mentoring juniors and building a high-performing property team You’ll be trusted with autonomy, but you won’t be left on your own—this is hands-on mentoring with real feedback, coaching on client management, and support to step into leadership.
